I updated AltiSpace recently and now DAW no longer recognizes it as an IAA. I have been tempted to update my iPhone to ios11, hoping this would resolve the issue.
Does DAW work on IOS 11?

Hi grofteevan,
Yes, it looks like AltiSpace is now categorized as a midi iia effect instead of an IAA Effect like it's always been. They probably should have just published both categories like most effect apps, not sure what happened here. You may want to ask them directly to publish both categories of effect types so that hosts that don't support midi can still load them.
Yes, multitrack has no problem with iOS 11, however it won't fix the problem with AltiSpace. But the next version of multitrack will allow loading of midi effects even though it doesn't use the midi capabilities of the plug, so the next version will also fix this.
Thanks for pointing this out!
