Tuning/key change, making faster or slower, backward tracks

I have used Garageband and they have this cool feature where you can adjust the key and tuning and it would be cool if this app had it. Also, there should be a feature where you can make the recordings faster or slower. Another cool feature would be to make the recordings backwards.
