Re: Recording from amplitude irig
The easiest way I know is to import MultiTrack tracks via mixdown/email into AmpliTube's recorder and use the mix as a backing track. Lay down your guitar parts in AmpliTube and then email those out of AmpliTube and open them in MultiTrack. The reason for all this emailing is that AmpliTube has, for some reason, been unable to incorporate copy and paste into their app. With that said, the emailing does work, and the audio is good, although a little noisy. AmpKit is another option with copy and paste. AmpKit's newest update has improved their already impressive tones. It doesn't sound very good with the iRig interface, though. You'd be better off with the AmpKit LiNK or one of the dock connector interfaces; however, AmpliTube doesn't work with dock connector interfaces yet. They have hinted in their forum that this may change after iOS 5 is released. Sorry for rambling! Hope this helps.
